Geoff is a Senior Partner of JRC, having founded the firm with Calvin Ross in 1985. Geoff has had over 30 years of experience appraising residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties for the purpose of mortgage investment, litigation, arbitration, tax assessment appeals and feasibility studies. He has supervised the work of articling students and junior appraisers, and has lectured on real estate appraisal for the Richmond School Board, and to local real estate firms as part of an agent development program. His litigation experience includes appearances as an expert witness in the Federal, Supreme, Provincial and Family Courts, as well as to the Expropriation Compensation Board. Geoff currently serves as a Director for a number of charitable organizations for children.

Roger has been a partner in JRC since 1993, and serves as Managing Director. Roger's area of practice includes a variety of development land, commercial, industrial and multi-family projects, including strata titles, for mortgage investment, litigation, rental valuation/arbitration, and project-specific consultation. He has supervised junior appraisers, and lectures on real estate appraisal for lending institutions. He serves on administrative committees of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and is active in various charitable causes, including sitting on the Board of the Richmond Hospital Foundation.

Dean has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1989, the same year he joined Johnston, Ross & Cheng Ltd. He has been a partner at JRC since 2017. He was awarded the senior designation Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) in 2006 and, with it, use of the Professional Appraiser (P.App.) certification. Prior to that, starting in 1999, he was awarded the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation. Dean has a wide range of experience appraising residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial and multi-family properties for the purpose of mortgage investment, tax assessment appeals and feasibility studies, although his main focus lies in litigation support in both family and civil law matters. He has appeared as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of British Columbia on many occasions. He has supervised articling students and junior appraisers in the preparation of real estate assignments, and has lectured on real estate appraisal for various real estate organizations. Dean and his wife Dena have two daughters, and reside in Ladner. In his spare time he enjoys swimming, cycling and running.
