Edward's real estate experience includes residential, commercial and agricultural properties for the purpose of mortgage investment and litigation. He has served as JRC's Asian Services Manager, and has supervised junior appraisers in the preparation of residential assignments. Edward is an accredited appraiser, and has been with JRC since 1985. He was also awarded the RI(BC) from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia in 1993.
